CEO and Dir. of Marketing
Lawrence Trujillo is a business professional that has a wide variety of engagements in marketing from local grass root campaigns to expanded international marketing campaigns. He has served in roles such as business development manager, general manager, marketing director, and a variety of other marketing and leadership roles. Currently, Lawrence is the Owner and CEO of ThinkBig Sites.
ThinkBig Sites is a digital marketing agency focused on website design, search engine optimization (SEO), paid per click (PPC), e-commerce, Amazon and many other marketing activities. The marketing agency has specialized in helping companies enhance and expand their marketing efforts. The team at ThinkBig becomes an extension of the company for strategy and implementation leading to improved digital presence and more conversions.
Lawrence has demonstrated his support of education by achieving a lifelong goal and graduated with his MBA from the University of Arizona in 2011. He has accomplished another goal with the acquisition of ThinkBig Sites in April of 2021. Lawrence is a driven leader working to expand on company strategies and providing input to aspiring organizations. He has a passion for transparency and helping companies advance their marketing goals.
Bre Jacobsen is a driven professional who is passionate about helping business owners find success. She is a natural leader and enjoys challenges and thrives on personal interactions. Her passion comes from a small family business background and she is an advocate for small and growing businesses. Bre has developed and used her background in business management, sales, and logistics, to help clients manage, display, and sell their products online.
Bre has been with ThinkBig Sites since 2018 and served in a variety of roles. She worked in administration as the Office Manager responsible for billing, human resources, employee relations, and additional assignments. She has continued to develop by expanding into Amazon account management and project management. Currently, Bre is the Regional Manager based in Utah.
As a lifelong advocate of learning, Bre graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2015 with her Bachelors Degree in history from Utah State University. In 2017, Bre received her Masters of Arts with a focus in History and German. During her studies, she had the opportunity to work as a teaching assistant, receive a research grant, and serve as President of the German Club and the Historical Honors Society.
In her personal time, Bre is an entrepreneur with growing businesses of her own. She is an avid reader, has taught history classes as an Adjunct Professor, and has aspirations of one day becoming a published author. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time relaxing and working in the yard at her home with her husband and two children.
Content Team Manager
Thaddeus Mitchell has been with ThinkBig since 2018. His duties have varied and evolved in search engine optimization, content writing, Google Ads, and additional assignments in support of marketing campaigns for clients. Thaddeus is excited about the continuing changes in digital marketing and the adjustments to help clients succeed with messaging.
As the Content Manager at ThinkBig, Thaddeus has published over 220,000 words of online content across a wide variety of websites. He has adapted SEO guidelines to current SEO requirements and demonstrated his support with attention to detail and providing multiple options for the content team and clients to achieve content objectives.
Thaddeus graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy from Utah State University in 2019. His focus is to empower people to prosper in their field of expertise. He has a variety of personal interests including, but not limited to music, painting, and reading. One of his specialty interests includes sandwich eating.
Anna Tucket Hunsaker specializes in digital design, project management, and creating results-driven websites that improve the user experience. She has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing. Since joining ThinkBig in 2017, her roles have evolved from info graphics and social media management to working cross-department to manage client accounts and design projects.
As a Design Manager, Anna has contributed to many e-commerce designs with a primary role on a key project in generating revenues over $1M per year. Her passion is getting effective design into the hands of small businesses who need the professional design and support. She enjoys building creative strategies to guide the customer journey and create lasting impacts.
Anna enjoyes a variety of activities including skiing, trail running, interior design and spending time with her family. She has experience with livestock and uses that experience to unseccsufully wrangle her two elementary-aged boys.
Design and Projects
Andrea Bell is a creative professional who loves the collaborative process of working with clients.. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Utah State University in 2004, and throughout her career, has had the opportunity to work across various industries. Her roles have included product and print design, web and graphic design, design team lead, and art director.
Andrea’s contributions to ThinkBig include logo and branding design, brochure design, web design, networking and sales. As an expert in the design field, she enjoys the process of contributing different perspectives to marketing strategies and expanding her experience with these new roles. She loves being part of the ThinkBig team and collaborating to create impactful projects for clients to help them grow and expand their businesses.
In her personal time, Andrea loves spending time with her husband and three children. She enjoys working alongside her family in the family garden and the process of growing tomatoes, canning, and then turning them into pizza sauce. In addition, Andrea enjoys family activities like archery, hand lettering and working to improve herself through her faith.
David Fitzgerald is a seasoned customer service representative with a background in small business as an owner and partner in financial services and retail businesses. He has contributed to the growth of those companies through dedication and a great work ethic. His passion is helping small businesses grow and succeed.
David brings a great perspective based on his studies at Utah State University (USU). He studied accounting and business information systems. His role at ThinkBig emphasized his enjoyment of interacting directly with customers and the public. David receives calls as a representative for clients that use ThinkBig as a customer service representative.
Away from the office, David is an avid off-road vehicle enthusiast. He enjoys riding off-road vehicles with his family in the nearby mountains. His favorite off-road experiences include rock crawling in Moab, Sand Hallow, and going fast at the St. Anthony Sand Dunes.
Social Media Marketing
Kassi Kunz is scheduled to graduate from Utah State University (USU) in 2022 and receive her Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Entrepreneurship. She has been committed to marketing and involved in the Huntsman Scholar Program and the Entrepreneurship Center by volunteering to help small businesses grow sales and develop branding. Also, Kassi serves as the President of the USU Entrepreneurship Club.
Kassi has developed her passion for marketing by collaborating with other marketing professionals to build improved market strategies and campaigns. She specifically enjoys the collaboration with teammates to gain perspective to additional marketing approaches and developing a more improved recommendation for the client.
As a Social Media Marketing Specialist at ThinkBig, Kassi is excited to implement her knowledge of social media campaigns and expand into more social media advertising. She has previously expanded and gained exposure for clients on various social media platforms. Outside of marketing, Kassi loves to be outside, spend time with those she loves, and read!
Content Writer and Design
Kelsie is a graduate of Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science in Religious Studies and Social Psychology. She has continued her education with graduate work in clinical mental health counseling. She is passionate about discovery and improvement for both organizational and client engagements leading to efficiency and open communication.
While at ThinkBig, Kelsie has expanded her contributions to include communications, design, sales, and networking. She has contributed to client discovery and improved brand identity with engaging content and improved website design. She is involved in developing an inclusive work environment with a focus on team member strengths and she brings snacks.
Kelsie enjoys a wide range of activities from sewing to philosophy to martial arts. She is an avid reader of a variety of topics and utilizes her cross-functional discovery for self and team improvements. Kelsie expands her knowledge with the study of language and travel with two of her favorite destinations being Malaga, Spain and Venice, Italy. And she contributes snacks.
Allison Fluckiger has a passion for learning and helping others. She received her Bachelor Degree in Marketing from the Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University in 2008. She worked as a marketing professional for three years before staying home with her children. During this time, she ran a cleaning service for 5 years. She recently returned to marketing and is excited for the new learning and growth.
Allison’s contributions to ThinkBig include SEO (search engine optimization) content writing, social media marketing, internal and external business process improvements, and more. She loves learning new marketing skills. She is quick to help out anywhere she can, and enjoys the spirit of teamwork and camaraderie at ThinkBig Sites.
In her personal time, Allison likes outdoor adventures with her 4 children, especially hiking the Wind Caves. She enjoys volunteering at the elementary school and reading with 1st graders. Allison is fond of caring for trees, flowerbeds, and has a large vegetable garden including favorites like beans, squash, and pumpkins.
Tate Zwahlen is a growing entrepreneur with a passion for small businesses and brand development. He has been involved with entrepreneurship and business consulting as a student at Utah State University, where he studies marketing and entrepreneurship. Tate has developed two of his own companies in manufacturing and fashion. He contributes optimism, teamwork, and an entrepreneurial spirit wherever he goes.
As a senior in the marketing department at Utah State University, Tate has joined ThinkBig sites to contribute expanded perspective for start-up companies and expand his marketing abilities. He has contributed to projects related to product descriptions, image updates, formats and more e-commerce activities leading to improved product exposure.
Tate has expanded interest in biking, rock climbing, and 3D printing. As time permits, he rides a vintage road bike around town and explores off-trail rides on a mountain bike. He will continue with his studies this fall with a study abroad program visiting Tarapoto and Lima, Peru. Tate is fluent in Spanish.
Emily Rupp is a hardworking marketing professional who enjoys learning new things and helping businesses create a brand identity through engaging content. She started working at ThinkBig Sites in 2021 as a social media manager and content writer and has since gained new skills, including Google Ad creation and management, blog management, and website management. Emily’s love of learning has carved a path for her to step into additional roles at ThinkBig Sites, allowing her to support the team where she can.
Emily received a Bachelor of Arts in Professional and Technical Writing from Weber State University in 2020. Her education gave her the opportunity to explore both the technical and creative aspects of writing as well as editing, marketing, and graphic design. She hopes to return to Weber State University to complete a master’s degree in the near future. In her spare time, Emily enjoys crocheting, binge watching movies, and spending time with her cat.
Gracie Cowan is a senior in the marketing department at Utah State University (USU) and scheduled to graduate May 2023. She is completing her final semester and on schedule to graduate with her Bachelors of Science in Marketing. Her studies have included marketing and design courses with an emphasis on applying those skills to new projects.
Gracie has been involved with small businesses throughout her life and gained her love of marketing through creating campaigns for her parents businesses. She is a dedicated and detail-oriented marketing professional who strives to help others. Her passion for small businesses and entrepreneurship continues to grow as she has expanded her marketing abilities.
As a Marketing Assistant, Gracie has contributed to various projects such as promotional emails, podcast episodes, blog posts, Google Business Profiles, and more. She takes every opportunity to learn something new, and strives to find ways to help a business meet and improve goals with her training. In her free time, Gracie enjoys spending time with her dog, writing, hiking, and drinking as much diet soda as she can get her hands on.
Joshua Lewis Is a marketing professional who specializes in social media, promotional content, and project management. Graduated from Utah State University in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Since Joining the ThinkBig team in 2023 as a Marketing Assistant has gained new skills, including google analytics, content writing, and website management.
Josh’s passion for marketing developed around his creativity and mind for business. Marketing was able to bridge the two and become an outlet for him to help brands grow and connect with their audience. As Marketing Assistant, Josh has contributed to many projects assisting project managers on tasks, capturing and updating content to improve performance of SEO, and Reviewing content and designs to meet the standards of ThinkBIG.
In his personal time, Josh enjoys spending time with his friends and family either playing games or out on the lake wake surfing. One of his favorite summertime activities is playing sand volleyball. Josh freelances as a photographer and videographer and enjoys capturing special moments or scenarios.
Joanie Mapes is the Content Manager for ThinkBig Marketing, specializing in SEO content, subject matter research, content administration, copyediting, organization, and task tracking. Her goal is to communicate the information in a way that intrigues and educates website visitors about company products and services. She is committed to learning about each client and their company to convey the information accurately and with passion to help clients improve search results.
Joanie graduated from Utah State University in 2020 with a Bachelor Degree in English with an emphasis in Technical Writing. She appreciates the opportunity to continue strengthening her writing skills and gaining experience in her field. While at ThinkBig Sites, Joanie has researched and implemented a new organization technique to assist with content creation and timeline improvements.
Outside of work, Joanie’s interests include reality TV, creative writing, reading, and outdoor activities. She has two dogs that she loves, and she appreciates the beauty in all other flora and fauna of the land, air, and water. Joanie enjoys traveling to new places–especially via roadtrips–as well as traveling between states to visit family and friends. Joanie also enjoys games of every type, and she is self-proclaimed as the most likely to bring a game to any event or party.
