1. What is the immediate purpose of your (new) website? Is it to provide information? To sell products online? To facilitate online payments? To announce latest news; promos; and discount offers? Please provide us with a clear step-by-step instruction of your online process. Do you want your clients to contact you online? How will they reach you (contact details including telephone numbers addresses and email addresses)?
2. Do you have a definite timeline/deadline/schedule for the project? When exactly or approximately must the website be launched and/or be online?
3. How many web pages does your site require? What is your projected size of the website? (You don't have to give us exact numbers)
4. Do you have a specific budget allotted for this project? (Giving us an idea of your budget will allow us to prepare the best Project Proposal for you.)
5. Would you like your (new) website to include a search engine optimization package or a visitor tracking software? (These will allow you to monitor the performance of your website in terms of number of site visits.)
